Sam Wilcox
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Sam is a former investment banker turned civic leader and investor. He closed over $1B in M&A transactions, served as Deputy Mayor of Nashville where he negotiated the $2.1B Titans stadium deal, and co-founded Vamos Health—a growing primary-care platform for blue-collar workers. Sam holds a BA from Auburn University and is an MBA student at Stanford Graduate School of Business. He leads capital formation and investing for Town Square Partnership.
Tyler Flinchum
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Tyler has founded and built multiple construction and trades companies, including Pipewell Plumbing, where he led a roll-in of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services. Tyler is a Class A Licensed building contractor in Virginia. He holds a BA from Virginia Tech and is an MBA student at Stanford Graduate School of Business. He oversees operations and strategy for Town Square Partnership.
